It is a fact of life that the supermarket tabloids do not tell a consistent story about anything if all of them are taken at their word. The general consensus is that the ship has sailed on the Sandy-Jesse marriage, and Jesse's interview on Nightline confirms that. All this evidence does not stop In Touch from claiming that they had a secret reunion.
