According to the Flagship, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown are being responsible parents and forcing their daughter Bobbi Kristina into rehab after finding out she does cocaine.

I think Whitney and Bobby are responsible, but not in the same meaning the word has in the previous paragraph.
