Us prints a headline with a question mark, which means we should put even less stock in it than we usually do. Is Courteney Cox dating her co-star on Cougar Town? The magazine's website does not have a follow-up story and I don't watch the show so I don't know for sure, but it looks like Brian Van Holt, the co-star she was romantically linked to by the Star back in May.
If a story appears in the Star and Us Weekly, that does officially count as two separate stories. It doesn't make either story true, especially when a headline has a question mark in it, but they really are separate editorial entities, unlike the Three Wicked Step Sisters, the Enquirer, Globe and the low rent Examiner.
