In Touch uses the magic word "dying", but I'm going to make a judgment call and say this is just a figure of speech and not a Not Long 4 This World Alert. Kendra Wilkinson is desperate to lose the baby fat. The story about her being bikini ready back in February was probably more Photoshop than Fitness Club, and there have been stories of very fast weight loss.
If she doesn't look good naked, she doesn't have a career, so you can understand why this is important to her.
