Earlier in the year, it looked like Demi Moore-Ashton Kutcher story was going to become a gossip favorite, but the couple didn't play along and it sort of went nowhere. Now, the Star says he is caught in a murder scandal.
The story is true as far as it goes. Ashton was dating a woman named Ashley Ellerin in 2001 and he found her body in her home the morning after the Grammys. A man named Michael Gargiulo is in custody for this killing and two others. The trial will begin next year and Kutcher will testify.
