The low rent Examiner has a story about Angelina Jolie raising Shiloh as a boy and Chaz Bono says he can help. This is a complete re-hash of a story in OK! last month. Last year, there were a passel of stories about Shiloh's tomboy ways.

I just know what I read in these silly magazines and I don't believe half of that. If Angelina sticks to her decision to leave Chaz Bono the hell out of her parenting process, this is a move full of win, as the young people are fond of saying.

There's plenty of stuff about the Jolie-Pitt brood in the gossip rags this week. OK! has Angelina finally reacting to Chaz Bono's request to meet with little tomboy Shiloh, with the simple answer "not only no, but hell no".

My only comment is that Shiloh really looks like her daddy in that picture. Of course, whether she looked like dad or mom, she's in a win-win situation, right?

I don't believe it. Collapsing over the critical reception for Burlesque, that I could believe.

Chaz Bono grows a beard.

According to the Globe, Chaz Bono, Cher's transgendered son, has grown a beard. They claim to have photos inside, but if they do, those photos are currently very exclusive, because I couldn't find any online, and pictures from two weeks ago at the premiere of his mom's movie Burlesque show him clean shaven.

Those three tabloids are also the source of well over 90% of the Not Long 4 This World and Brave Last Days stories, where people have deadly diseases or are suicidal. This is the fourth cover story for Cher this year and she's had two deadly diseases, she got an expiration date of two years to live and now she's suicidal.

Somebody at the Step Sisters really doesn't like Cher. That's all this story is as far as I'm concerned, and it gets a Meanest Story of the Week nomination.

I feel sorry for Chaz Bono for having fame thrust upon him. The National Enquirer is the meanest tabloid around, and this story is right up their alley, but I will note that they did not say Chaz was dying, which means that he does not join his mom on the supermarket vulture list.

That said, Chaz looks way too much like John Candy in this picture. Candy was 43 when he died. Chaz Bono is now 41.
