Back last May, there were two stories in one week claiming that Brangelina's twins Vivienne and Knox have Down's Syndrome, according to an ex-nanny. This is a very mean story, but because I read the tabloid covers way too much, I know it is not a new story.

BrAngelina have declined comment, they always do. There is no confirmation online, and most people who do comment on it think a lawsuit is the best answer.
