Sick love bird alert™: Spencer made Heidi get enboobened

Spencer Pratt has publicly come out and said he has no control over what his wife does to her body, but sources who talk to In Touch say that he is the Svengali controlling her every decision.

This picture of the happy couple is obviously pre-enboobening. I'm not sure he would fit in the frame today.
