Bun In The Oven Alert™?:Khloe has a baby on the way

Fresh trash on Thursdays! Weekly Life & Style is completely pregnancy obsessed this week. While some of the stories with smaller pictures and headlines are about women who are confirmed pregnant, they have two large pictures about women who aren't yet confirmed pregnant. One of the big stories is Khloe Kardashian, with the sub-headline "My Pregnancy Secret".

While I don't open the magazines except under the most dire conditions, I did go to the WL&S website, and right on the front page Khloe says she isn't pregnant yet and she won't ever confirm until the information is completely solid.

Rule of thumb: "pregnancy secret" usually means "not pregnant", so Weekly Life & Style gets a fail this week.

On the rocks alert: Kourtney betrayed!

Fresh trash on Thursdays! In Touch makes a Kardashian story their lead cover headline, and it's about trouble and drama. According to them, Scott Disick, baby daddy of Kourtney, is in love with her sister and best friend Kim. The subheadlines include:

• He brags about hookups
• He's obsessed with her body
• Kim has been leading him on for months

Doing online research for this silly little blog, I read a quote from some wag who said "the 's' in Disick is silent."

Fresh trash on Thursdays! This week, there's a triple dose of Kardashian goodness, so let's start with the sisters. OK! as usual has a brief headline for any story that isn't their main story, and they have a story about the engagement of Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott Disick, which was confirmed on an episode of the reality show Kourtney does with sister Kim.

Here's where I usually write best wishes to the happy couple, but I think I'll wait. Look at the story above for the reason.

The Kills - Satellite

London, England. Hooray, lovely readers! When I said at the beginning of this year, it will be a great one (musical), I've meant it. Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart or better known as THE KILLS will release another great album on 4th/5th April 2011. The LP is entitled "Blood Pressures". Oh man, I so happy to right this post and give you a foretaste, called "Satellite".

How many moments of happiness does Oprah Winfrey deserve? If you ask that question to editors from the National Enquirer, they would consider zero to be a fair number. Oprah made a fuss about a big secret from her life being revealed on her show on Monday a week ago, when she introduced a sister she hadn't known about. According to the Flagship, Oprah's mom collapsed just after the show was filmed.

Most Dishonest Story of the Week:Rob and Kristen's wedding and baby news

So here's the first Twilight story of the new year, and once again we have a magazine confusing Rob and Kristen the actors with the characters they portray, Edward and Bella.

I don't think this is a big spoiler alert for the Twilight fans. Edward and Bella get married and have a baby. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are actors who may or may not be dating in real life. This one gets the prize for Most Dishonst Story of the Week.

Looking over the list of Most Dishonest winners in the past, all of the awards have gone to Weekly Life & Style or OK!, and most of those have been Twilight stories. The others have been separate headlines saying actresses Katie Holmes and Jennifer Aniston were pregnant when in fact they were playing characters who were pregnant.
