Only one of the Ten Magazines That Matter decided to do a follow-up on one of the most surprising break-ups of the year, the separation of Al and Tipper Gore, and that's People, the best-selling of the ten. I don't know if they talked to both Al and Tipper or just the usual gang of "insiders". Given People's general standards, I would expect official spokesfolks at the very minimum.
